How can planning help with a teacher’s self-care? Self-care is a hot topic lately. Teachers’ mental health has been pushed to the forefront of in-services and professional development. When I become unorganized and struggle to stay ahead of my students by one day, my mental health takes a serious nose dive.
This week’s podcast gives you information on how to plan for your mental health by keeping yourself and your students in mind when you are planning.
