Planning for the unexpected while teaching Health Science

Teaching health science in high school can be challenging every day. There will be days that test your ability to handle the unexpected. In this episode of Health Science Habits, I tell a story of a great day and how a little planning and luck made my day a success.

The students use a fly swatter to make their answer choice. The game works best with three students – one reading the medical term out loud and two students competing against each other to slap the correct definition first.
