The question of a podcast for health science teachers was posed to me by a health science teacher in my district. Health science teachers are looking for small chunks of information they can use in the classroom to make their teaching life less stressful and improve student engagement and learning. High school health science teachers, like all teachers, multitask and would like a presentation of useful information to get to the point. We have to sit through enough lengthy professional development and in-services that take too long to get to the point, and don’t provide something useful that can be taken back to the health science classroom. So a podcast for health science teachers it is. You can listen to short, to-the-point, useful podcasts during lunch or while setting up your classroom. Enjoy the available podcasts.
